As a Compliance Officer at FUCHS, you will be responsible for managing compliance matters, overseeing the global compliance network, and identifying and addressing potential breaches. Your tasks will include:
- Managing the company's internal compliance rules and processes, including those related to cartel and competition law and corruption prevention
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and auditing the compliance systems of the company's subsidiaries worldwide
- Collaborating closely with external lawyers and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- A law degree with two state exams and relevant experience in a law firm or a global company with a focus on compliance
- Experience in cartel and competition law and corruption prevention

- Proficiency in German and English, with additional languages being an asset
