Senior Principal Agile Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Agile Transformation Lead to join our Workforce Transformation Practice. As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage agile transformations projects on a team, portfolio, and enterprise level. Your expertise in agile delivery and transformation will enable you to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agile transformations projects on a team, portfolio, and enterprise level
• Develop and implement agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methods such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Manage lean portfolio management projects
• Oversee project results and manage team members' engagement in achieving project goals in terms of time, quality, and cost
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers at the C-level
• Provide advisory services to our client leadership and take responsibility for leading and mentoring colleagues in our T&O Practice
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Contribute to our T&O thought leadership, develop intellectual property, and create methods and tools

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation
• Strong expertise in agile, scaled agile, and product management
• Minimum one recognized agile qualification or certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist)
• Experience in building and developing agile competency centers/Center of Excellence
• Proven experience in coaching agile organizations at the C-level
• Proven experience in business development, including pipeline management and creating customer offerings
• Strong team player with a high willingness to take responsibility
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
