IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our IT infrastructure, applications, and services. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and implement new solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the local IT infrastructure, including network and server infrastructure
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of our IT systems
• Collaborate with departments to optimise production, warehouse, and logistics processes
• Introduce, support, and develop global and local applications, including cloud ERP systems
• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects in close alignment with global and local stakeholders
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Drive digitalisation initiatives and introduce new IT solutions
• Manage IT budgets, contracts, and external service providers
• Provide support for end-users and ensure efficient IT service delivery

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of practical IT experience, ideally in a production environment
• Experience with ERP systems, such as cloud ERP software or platforms
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
• Passion for skiing and willingness to grow with a young and dynamic ski brand
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
