Global CX Consolidation and Remote Experience Supervisor

We're seeking a Global CX Consolidation and Remote Experience Supervisor to join our Finance team. As a key member of an agile Finance team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to exert significant influence and contribute directly to the bottom line. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, ready to apply exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, and proactively identify modernization opportunities through implementation of advanced data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of forecasts, budgets, and detailed financial reports. Manage target establishment and reporting on status verse target, YOY performance and forecast accuracy, highlighting concerns and opportunities to senior management.
• Data & Analytics: Utilize advanced data analysis tools for accurate forecasting, optimization, and reporting. Extract valuable insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies to assist in business recommendations.
• Leadership & Communication: Present findings and strategic recommendations to business partners and other stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the team and across CX.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent assignments; recognize changing priorities and flexibility to react to modifications as needed
• Strong understanding of internal control and accounting policies to ensure a robust control environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and courage to do what’s right for the business
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and think outside the box for innovative solutions
• Strategic mindset that ties back work to overarching strategic priorities
