Sr. Product Manager, Databricks Repos

At Databricks, you will drive the vision and roadmap for Databricks Repos, defining how developers build, test, review, and ship code inside Databricks.

The Repos team builds the version control experience inside Databricks and defines how users connect their Git providers, manage code changes, track lineage, review pull requests, and promote code into jobs, pipelines, and deployments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing the end-to-end path to production experience for data and AI teams, from authoring to Git integration to CI and CD
• Defining how Repos integrates with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps to support branching, pull requests, reviews, conflict resolution, and deployment workflows
• Partnering with engineers to build AI-assisted code management features
• Translating user feedback into workflow improvements
• Improving developer productivity and reliability by aligning Repos with Databricks Workflows, Lakeflow, and deployment surfaces
• Growing adoption of Databricks developer tools

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on platform products
• Experience building developer-facing products with tens or hundreds of thousands of users
• Experience being a hands-on builder, comfortable using developer-facing products
• Passion for designing products that simplify user experience of technically complex products

The pay range for this role is $148,800-$204,525 USD.
