As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at our Tulsa Integration Center, you'll play a vital role in driving our ambitious goals and ensuring our production processes are world class.
Bring value by mapping value streams, conducting time studies, and analyzing data in warehouse and assembly operations. Optimize process safety, quality, and efficiency using Lean Manufacturing concepts. Implement tools such as A3, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S+Safety, Standard Operating Work, Gemba, Kaizen, and Shadow boards. Mentor employees in LEAN manufacturing methodologies and build CI culture.
Analyze First Pass yield of various manufacturing work streams and drive focused Kaizen events to reduce defects. Collaborate with quality and manufacturing engineering to propose poke-yoke and visual control solutions. Assist the engineering manager in setting and achieving annual operational targets. Identify and implement new technologies to improve production processes. Prepare presentations and training materials on World Class Manufacturing techniques to support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
