The ideal candidate will bring a blend of industry expertise, leadership skills, and a consulting mindset to drive critical initiatives, optimize operations, and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving operational excellence.
As a Senior Principal, you will support the development of our High-Tech business to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market leadership. You will provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices from previous consulting engagements. You will collaborate with executive leadership to define and drive business plans for the High-Tech business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Support the development of our High-Tech business to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market leadership.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of projects ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Manage client expectations on projects while delivering value for our clients.
- Team Management: Manage expectations and drive personal growth of the project team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross functionally with other service lines like ADM, BPM, and Engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment in sales and delivery.
