Audit & Finance Project Manager

We are seeking an Audit & Finance Project Manager to join our International Headquarters in Paris or Carentoir, Brittany.

As part of the Administrative Department of the Ubisoft group, you will report to the Global Revenues & Transversal Audits Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the preparation of financial statements
• Intangible assets: monitoring, analysis, and impairment testing
• Revenue: analysis and review of major contracts, group revenue monitoring
• Conducting transversal audits to ensure consistency and quality of group accounts
• Writing and coordinating recommendations, processes, and guidelines for accounting and finance departments
• Monitoring audits carried out and correct implementation of processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement and proposing new ideas: identifying audit topics/issues related to the activity and evolution of the group
• Participating in operational transformation projects of the group
• Supporting external audits of the group (statutory auditors, etc.)

To succeed in this role, you have solid experience in financial audit of international groups and are looking to take on new challenges in an international environment in constant evolution.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of IFRS, accounting, tax, and audit techniques
• Rigorous, structured, and organized with a strong sense of priorities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize
• Good communication skills, used to working in a diverse environment and in a team
• Dynamic and enjoys challenges
• Adaptable to a challenging environment and varied stakeholders
• Autonomous and proactive
• Solid mastery of English and good knowledge of computer tools
