Ford Motor Credit Company seeks an entry-level paralegal to join the Legal Office in Dearborn, supporting Ford Credit business operations.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with members of the Ford Credit Legal Office to develop practical legal advice that demonstrates a strong understanding and application of the law to Ford Credit’s business
- Assist attorneys in developing legal advice for Ford Credit management that improves Company decision-making
- Support the core business of Ford Credit while also participating on cross-functional project teams
- Assist attorneys in ensuring all procedures, processes, systems, and documents comply with applicable law and corporate policies
- Assist attorneys with and perform legal research and analysis
- Support monitoring for compliance with laws, regulations, guidance issued by relevant regulatory bodies, and Company policy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (to be completed by Dec. 2026) and Paralegal Certificate, if Bachelor’s degree is not in Paralegal Studies (to be completed by Dec. 2026)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments
