Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with our engineers and technicians to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to improve our racing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new systems and components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies
• Analyse data to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Experience with CAD design and simulation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
