Description

As a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will coordinate large-scale engineering programs focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase adoption of SRE best practices such as AI automation to reduce toil, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all reliability projects.
  • Maintain quarterly roadmaps for SRE projects in collaboration with platform engineering teams, providing clear goals, scenarios, and customer requirements.
  • Establish and track metrics for operational performance, partner satisfaction, adoption, and retention to guide prioritization and measure impact.
  • Manage programs that improve platform efficiency, usability, reliability, and deployment practices,including zero-downtime goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management
  • Previous experience supporting SRE practices
  • Agile Scrum/Kanban proficiency
  • Advanced capability in JIRA and JaaS project management platforms
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) distributed environments, and cloud computing
