Regional Execution Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Execution Manager to lead a team of merchandising coordinators in Brazil.

As a Regional Execution Manager, you will be responsible for managing and achieving KPIs defined for the region, including store coverage, distribution, assortment, and additional product allocations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and achieve KPIs defined for the region
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide first-class service
• Implement promotions and ensure compliance with agreed-upon conditions
• Train, motivate, and develop the skills of the team to maximize potential and results
• Conduct field visits and sales training with coordinators
• Define and communicate SMART objectives for coordinators
• Ensure the team guarantees and improves the presence of the Red Bull brand in stores
• Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment
• Perform administrative tasks, including filling out reports and analyzing performance

Requirements:

• Experience in leadership, motivation, and teamwork
• Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel
• Commitment to people management and development
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with field force automation
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Advanced English language skills desirable
