Global Supply Manager

The marine industry supports recreation, global commerce, and national defense. Arc is on a mission to electrify the marine industry.

We're looking for a Global Supply Manager to develop and execute global supply chain strategies across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
• Manage purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and delivery schedules
• Lead risk management efforts to mitigate disruptions
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new programs/product launches
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, total landed cost, and supplier quality
• Build and manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership
• Travel up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
