Senior Product Manager

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of its apps for the era of AI agents and generative AI. The successful candidate will reimagine how go-to-market teams discover, engage, and convert their target audiences by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the AI Product Lifecycle: Drive AI-native products from ideation through launch and iteration, leveraging generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLMs.
• Set Vision and Roadmap: Define a compelling vision for how AI agents will reshape GTM workflows and translate it into a strategic, aligned roadmap.
• Engage Customers: Partner with sales, marketing, and CS users to identify where AI-driven automation delivers the most value.
• Measure What Matters: Define and track AI-centric metrics,agent task completion, model accuracy, automation rates,and turn insights into action using tools like Amplitude and Tableau.
• Champion the User: Ensure AI capabilities solve real user problems, not just showcase technical possibilities.
• Lead Cross-Functionally: Rally engineers, AI/ML specialists, designers, and GTM teams to ship intelligent, best-in-class experiences.
• Align Stakeholders: Communicate AI product strategy clearly and compellingly to executives and cross-functional partners through regular written updates.

Requirements:

• AI Builder at Heart: Hands-on experience building with AI products, coding prototypes, and tinkering with the latest AI tools.
• AI-Native Mindset: Experience building products using LLMs, autonomous agents, and generative AI.
• GTM Fluency: Knowledge of how sales, marketing, and customer success teams work, including their workflows, tools, metrics, and pain points.
• UX Obsession: A focus on designing simple and intuitive AI-powered experiences.

Compensation: The actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. The US base salary for this position is $126,000-$198,000.
