As a Business Unit Lead: Northeast Region, you will lead and manage a team of sales representatives within a specific geographic region to achieve sustainable targets. You will plan short-term and mid-term business strategies in collaboration with other functional teams, prepare and implement a business plan aimed at achieving the specified business strategy and agreed sales targets, and manage team performance and foster a productive team culture and working environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Assuring squads operate profitably and employ DSO principles to deliver the business
  • Co-creating business plans with squads and customer-enabling teams to achieve short and long-term objectives
  • Representing units and collaborating in the Country/Area Level Steering Team to drive business objectives
  • Co-owning integration of GTM strategy across portfolio
  • Co-creating customer-centric activities and processes to enable a superior customer experience
  • Catalysing timely and matching corrective actions as required to respond to market changes
  • Leading the evolution to self-managed teams and supporting these teams as they translate big picture outcomes into relevant team missions and outcomes
  • Fostering an inclusive environment of professionalism and safe working practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science, Business, or other related field
  • Proven experience leading and influencing teams across a variety of functions and business lines
  • Strong self-reliance balanced with humility to seek out experts for the greater good of the business and/or people
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
  • Financial acumen and ability to interpret and prepare financial statements (P&L)
  • Broad understanding of the crop production business
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

The salary range for this role is $172,240 - $258,360 per year, with additional compensation including a bonus or commission. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
