Description
The Senior Software Product Manager for ArsenalOS Quality will own the Forge Portal , a net-new platform that enables external stakeholders such as suppliers, partners, subcontractors, and auditors to do business with Anduril and execute workflows at the speed we require.
This product sits within ArsenalOS Quality and will start by connecting supplier quality workflows into a seamless operating environment , replacing fragmented tools and manual processes with purpose-built systems designed for how Anduril actually builds.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will build this product from the ground up , from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
You must be able to zoom all the way in to improve how a single quality engineer dispositions a finding, and zoom all the way out to design the systems, data models, and integrations that connect quality execution to manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainment.
Every defect we catch earlier, every supplier interaction we accelerate, and every quality workflow we automate helps Anduril build and field critical technology faster.
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Portal, with a clear point of view on the what, why, and why now.
Build Forge Portal from the ground up , define the vision, scope the MVP, ship it, and iterate based on real user feedback and business outcomes.
Partner with quality engineering, supplier quality, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain to define and deliver the software that connects their workflows into one coherent operating environment.
Define the integration strategy between quality systems and adjacent platforms , MES, ERP, PLM, sustainment , ensuring the right data flows to the right people at the right time.
Work with security engineering on authentication, authorization, and access control , ensuring external stakeholders can interact with Anduril systems safely and at the right level of access.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate product development , from prototyping and requirements generation to building intelligent workflows that surface insights, triage exceptions, and reduce manual decision-making.
Establish metrics and feedback loops that tie product work to measurable business outcomes, e.g., escape rates, supplier response times, cost of quality, inspection throughput.
Own prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, release planning, and execution quality across a cross-functional engineering team.
Drive adoption so business teams and external partners actually use what you build , and spend less time fighting software and more time ensuring hardware excellence.
Work in the open: document decisions, communicate roadmap and tradeoffs clearly, and create durable artifacts that align stakeholders and accelerate execution.
