Description
We're seeking a Director, Paid Search to join our team. As a leader in the Paid Search practice, you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, being the point of escalation as required. You'll take the lead on specific scaled initiatives that benefit the entire practice, working closely with the Head of Practice to manage resources effectively and get involved in new business too.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using deep-practice knowledge to deliver highly successful campaigns
- Effectively planning, delivering, and measuring campaigns to ensure high-impact returns for clients
- Developing and implementing guidelines and processes
- Actively leading and developing the Paid Search best-practice roadmap to continually develop our offering
- Acting as a senior point of escalation for clients, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time
- Playing a key leadership role of Brainlabbers in the practice, growing capability and knowledge to help deliver for our clients
Requirements include:
- Strong Paid Search delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience
- Demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development
- A developing understanding about how channels work and optimise together
- Being a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
- Being a confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning
- Being passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
- Having excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Having a strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented
Success in this role will be measured by effective campaign creation and delivery metrics, internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimisation, client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external), and learning certifications created and met across the practice.
