Description
We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments across various sites.
The role involves day shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility to work night shifts from 10:45 pm to 6:45 am as required. You will be expected to:
- Carry out general cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dust and wipe surfaces, empty bins, and dispose of waste appropriately
- Clean toilets, washrooms, and replenish consumables
- Clean kitchens, staff areas, and communal spaces
- Sanitize touchpoints and high-traffic areas
- Clean 5 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms
- Follow cleaning schedules and work instructions
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with COSHH regulations
- Report maintenance issues, accidents, damages, or health and safety concerns to management
The pay rate for this role is £15.67 per hour.

Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, office, retail, healthcare, or educational environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel between sites
