Head of Distribution - Temporary

We are seeking a temporary Head of Distribution to lead our On Premise, Traditional & Cash and Carry channel via distribution partners and wholesalers in Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction to deliver sustained growth, managing the entire volume and distribution business, and establishing strong relationships with distribution partners and wholesalers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Management and Leadership: Leading by example, staying connected to the market, and driving sales growth
• Strategy and Planning: Developing a long-term distribution model, creating a Business Plan, and driving commercial plans
• Drive National Objectives: Achieving business plan targets, maintaining stock levels, and aligning pricing and promotions
• Analysis: Analysing market data, obtaining sales out data, and measuring performance
• Administration: Managing the yearly budget, controlling free goods, and preparing review meetings
• Perfect Store Development: Focusing on sell-out and market share growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of distribution and/or supplier experience (beverage industry preferred)
• Successful track record in leading and managing wholesalers
• Driver's license
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to work independently
• Excellent communicator, negotiator, and influencer
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
