Portfolio Sales Consultant, Oncology - Minneapolis, MN

As a Portfolio Sales Consultant, Oncology - Minneapolis, MN, you will be responsible for driving clinical demand, education, and sales of Bayer Oncology Portfolio products in the assigned geography, specifically in the Minneapolis metro area.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Building deep clinical knowledge and driving education on Bayer Oncology products
• Cultivating strong relationships with key offices and providers
• Being customer-centric and tailoring messaging and solutions to customer needs
• Understanding and navigating the healthcare environment
• Analyzing data to build territory growth strategies
• Collaborating cross-functionally and leveraging emerging technologies
• Learning and adapting to new experiences and feedback
• Acting ethically and compliantly

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven selling skills and track record of consistent sales success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Negotiation and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Experience launching new products/indications and compliance with customer credentialing and safety standards

Preferred qualifications include:

• Degree in biological science or related field
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales
• Experience selling to academic institutions or large oncology accounts
• Specialty sales experience in competitive landscapes
• Strong clinical knowledge of various tumor types
• Experience in pediatric and adult oncology settings
• Background in Oncology or Precision Medicine

Employees can expect a salary between $124,320.00 and $186,480.00, with additional compensation including a bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
