We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Werkstudentin in the area of Operations. As a Werkstudentin, you will support our operations team in various tasks and projects, including documentation, research, and planning. You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

As a Werkstudent*in at Bayer, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team in various tasks and projects
  • Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, working instructions, and technical descriptions
  • Conduct research in various areas related to operations
  • Assist in planning and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in project management or operations is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and German languages

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
