Description
We're seeking an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, with a focus on Infrastructure Observability. As a key member of the team, you will help ensure that we give our customers the best end-to-end full-stack Observability experience for the infrastructure systems and services we monitor.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining and driving the vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability, identifying gaps in the end-to-end experience, and working closely across teams to deliver on your roadmap. You will also work with our Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services powering modern applications, as well as Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge. You should be comfortable working independently and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, using AI tools to bring alignment and outcomes.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution. You will also need to have outstanding spoken and written communication skills, a passion for industry trends, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Observability domain and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
