Description
As a Rooms Division Attendant with Princess Cruises, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and exceeding Rooms Division targets.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols. You will prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues.
You will also be responsible for setting up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events, and for responsibly using consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste.
In addition, you will be knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information, and will embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials.
You will share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues, and will follow appropriate procedures for handling garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste, and collaborate with those in charge to create a safe environment.
As a Rooms Division Attendant, you will also maintain current knowledge of public health standards and ensure continuous compliance with hotel-related policies, and will promptly coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations requiring increased sanitation levels.
