Global Supply Planner - FTC

We are seeking a Global Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty.

As a Global Supply Planner, you will be responsible for delivering world-class product availability for the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the global stock position for a portion of the CT portfolio
• Translating the demand plan into an actionable supply plan
• Managing transactional processes within systems to support order call-off and inventory status updates
• Day-to-day supplier management to meet business requirements
• Collaborating with global teams across operations, commercial, procurement, and NPD
• Communicating risks and opportunities against stock profiles
• Managing supplier reviews with key suppliers
• Maintaining accurate free issue inventories in 3rd party locations
• Contributing to process improvement and standardization of ways of working
• Improving supplier OTIF and reviewing supplier capacity plans

Requirements:

• Supply Chain Planning experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Advanced Excel user
• Proven analytical skills
• Ability to work at pace and prioritize tasks
• Resourceful in ambiguous situations
• Ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and unlearn
