Intern - Training and Sales Network Development

We are seeking an intern to join our Training and Sales Network Development team at Porsche Schweiz AG in Rotkreuz. As an intern, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and supporting the execution of skill and product trainings
• Managing the Porsche Training Centre, including preparing and hosting training events
• Assisting with dealer advisory projects, such as Porsche Business Excellence, Point of Experience, and Accelerating Porsche Retail Experience (Mystery Shopping)
• Creating presentations and decision-making templates for the Porsche Business Excellence, Sales Network Development, and Training departments

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least three semesters of study experience
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable
• French language skills are desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities
