Description
Ford is looking for a leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancements within the Digital Product space. The focus of this position is on our Ford App Storefront, an experience available in mobile and in vehicle enabling customers to discover, shop for, and manage vehicle upgrades.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy, managing a portfolio of products, creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance, analyzing data, and coordinating a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating on multi-year product strategy for Ford Motor Company
- Owning the strategy for your product area, defining your vision, goals, and investments
- Developing new product pitches and requirements, and translating into high-quality product roadmaps
- Coordinating a diverse team of engineers, designers, and partner product teams to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your vision
- Managing a diverse roadmap and making tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
- Analyzing data and performing sophisticated analytical exercises
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughput
- Managing weekly, and monthly product/business reporting
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals
- Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations
Salary: $84,480 - $160,000 per year
