IT/OT Infrastructure & Security Manager

As an IT/OT Infrastructure & Security Manager, you will oversee and secure the infrastructure and control networks at the site. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for IT/OT infrastructure and control networks
• Collaborating with IT/OT stakeholders to design and optimise network architecture
• Leading the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure projects
• Driving Information Security Management (ISM) compliance
• Managing port connectivity and voice gateways
• Implementing and managing the Honeywell Security System
• Scheduling and overseeing network iOS updates
• Managing the deployment and maintenance of wireless network switches and access points
• Leading the integration and optimisation of the control network
• Backing up team members in mobile device administration, thin client management, and historian trends

The ideal candidate will have:

• A BA/BS in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical education with 5 years of chemical manufacturing experience
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of digital systems
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Working knowledge of security-related technologies such as firewalls and SIEM systems
• Knowledge of RCRA hazardous waste regulations

Preferred qualifications include widely recognised security certifications such as CISM or CISA.

The salary range for this role is $122,160.00 - $183,240.00, with additional compensation and benefits.
