Quality Specialist

The Quality Specialist role is part of the Mavens - Delivery team, ensuring high-quality cloud solutions for the life sciences industry.

As a Quality Specialist, you will strengthen and evolve the growing QA practice, focusing on quality across the software lifecycle, critical thinking, and scalable testing practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing and maintaining manual and automated test scripts
• Executing test scripts with precision and accountability
• Analyzing and communicating test results and defects
• Partnering with internal teams to understand system features and quality expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement of testing frameworks and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience designing and executing automated test scripts for cloud-based software applications
• Experience with automated testing and test management tools such as Provar, Copado CRT, Jira, and Playwright
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong English verbal, written, and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Salesforce QA experience
• Life Sciences experience, particularly Pharmaceutical
• Salesforce Certification and consulting experience
• Experience interacting with AI agentic workflows
• ISTQB or equivalent certification
