Description
We're seeking a Technical Expert to lead global suspension system integration from concept to launch. As a key member of our Product Development team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough products and services that delight our customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development of advanced suspension strategies, connecting chassis systems modeling efforts to component development, and establishing efficient strategies for providing off-road variants from base vehicles. You'll also own the suspension system DFMEA and associated system foundation documents, as well as interface with various stakeholders to ensure system design for manufacturing and manufacturing processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 10 years of experience focused on suspension systems in an automotive domain or similar. A Master of Science in Engineering and extensive system and component engineering design & release experience are highly desirable.
As a Technical Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex tasks and challenging situations under compressed timing, communicate with senior leaders, design and release, manufacturing, and suppliers, and build strong effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
