Description
We are seeking a Manager Technical Services to join our team at Lamb Weston. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the technical services team, ensuring the optimal availability, reliability, and performance of our installations. You will develop and implement technical plans, build a future-proof factory, and contribute to decision-making, vision, and direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the technical services team, comprising a supervisor, maintenance engineer, and project engineer
- Developing and implementing technical plans and strategies
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, environmental, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)
- Conducting audits, incident management, and risk reduction
- Providing clear communication on technical plans, performance, and progress
- Building and maintaining relationships with other plants and knowledge sharing
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of technical management experience in a production environment, with a strong background in technical operations and maintenance. You will be fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also have experience with maintenance programming and be able to work on both operational and strategic levels.
