Senior Product Manager, Gusto Pro Workflows

We're on a mission to grow the small business economy by handling the hard stuff , payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR , so owners can focus on their craft and customers.

As a Senior Product Manager for Gusto Pro Workflows, you'll lead product discovery to uncover and deeply understand customer problems, create a long-term vision and strategy, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery to uncover customer problems and test assumptions
• Create a long-term vision and strategy for Gusto Pro Workflows
• Build iteratively to prove hypotheses and test new concepts
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science on product development
• Execute and iterate with an emphasis on user delight, impact, and learning
• Balance hands-on building with strategic storytelling
• Define, measure, and improve key product and business metrics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
• Proven track record of leading R&D teams
• Strong product discovery and analytical skills
• Ability to tell a compelling story and collaborate with teams
• Passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses
• Strong perspective on building products in the age of AI

The cash compensation amount for this role is $184,000/yr to $230,000/yr for New York.
