The Director, US Commercial Excellence will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial strategies for AstraZeneca's US Oncology business. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical commercialization, with experience in digital marketing, consumer marketing, brand/product marketing, strategic planning, and business planning. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in commercialization, marketing, and sales. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

In addition to a strong background in pharmaceutical commercialization, the successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in digital marketing, consumer marketing, brand/product marketing, strategic planning, and business planning
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform commercial decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
