Product Sourcing Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Sourcing Engineer to join its team in Fort Collins, CO.

The successful candidate will drive the sourcing, supplier development, and material availability for production components that keep radar and sensor manufacturing lines running. They will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functionally across engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting supplier selection for production components to support radar/sensor manufacturing lines
• Partnering with suppliers and internal engineering to qualify components and resolve supply issues
• Supporting development and consolidation of the manufacturing bill of materials (BOM) with Quality and Manufacturing
• Owning part availability and material planning in the ERP/MRP system
• Contributing to BOM risk assessments and identifying alternate components to de-risk supply
• Driving component and supplier rationalization to reduce complexity and improve commonality
• Tracking supplier performance and supporting cost-awareness efforts
• Establishing and improving sourcing policies, standards, and processes for the production line

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related technical field
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or a related manufacturing role
• Hands-on experience working in an ERP/MRP system
• Demonstrated supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving ability

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience sourcing electronics and/or mechanical components
• Familiarity with BOM development and component qualification
• Exposure to value/procurement engineering and total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) work
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles

The salary range for this role is $86,000-$112,000 USD per year. Anduril offers highly competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
