At Ford, you'll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll assist in building vehicles that people use and love. This role is part of the Ford Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) Organisation.
In this position, you'll work on powertrain program tasks, including program timing, financials, reporting, and reviews. You'll also interface with system and component product, manufacturing, support teams, and lead program deliverables assessments.
You'll be responsible for leading OEM timing oversight and timing meeting coordination, updating indicated cost tracking documents, and publishing program review decks. Additionally, you'll lead new program review discipline, product engineering partnership, and program disciplines.
You'll also be involved in equipment readiness, workforce planning, program issue management, and program change control. Your work will require strong presentation skills, experience creating and delivering presentations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
This position is a full-time on-site role in the Louisville/Shelbyville, Kentucky area, with occasional travel to Dearborn, MI required.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 and ranges from $65,100-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience.
