Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler / Inventory Operations Specialist to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the physical receipt, storage, kitting, and issuance of components and finished goods, as well as maintaining precise records in our ERP system.
Key responsibilities include: Receiving & Inspection: Receive, count, and inspect incoming shipments of components and raw materials against purchase orders. Storage & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized stockroom and manufacturing floor. Kitting & Staging: Pick, kit, and stage materials to support production work orders on schedule. Inventory Accuracy & ERP: Execute cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and real-time inventory transactions in our ERP system with 100% traceability. Shipping & Logistics Support: Assist in packing and shipping finished goods and spare parts orders.
We are looking for someone with extraordinary conscientiousness, reliability, and a team-first attitude. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience in a warehouse, material handling, stockroom, or inventory operations role in a manufacturing environment.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $32.00 per hour, early-stage equity, and access to company-sponsored benefit plans.
