Cleaning Operative

ABM UK is seeking a hardworking and proactive Cleaning Operative to join their team in Bournemouth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning Front of House and Back of House areas, including:

• Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting all surfaces
• Scrubbing kitchen and toilets and offices
• Hoovering and mopping floors and using Floor Scrubber Dryer indoor and outdoor
• Disinfecting all high touch points and ensuring outside is free from Litter
• Detail work i.e. skirtings, sills, fixtures etc.
• Following group and company policies and procedures
• Back of House and Front of House management of areas
• Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
• Using all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received

The role requires:

• Cleaning experience
• Good attendance
• Timekeeping
• Good Communicational Skills - Use Of radio's is required
• Availability for occasional cover shifts

The position offers a salary of £13.45 per hour, working 18 hours per week on a 2 on 5 off shift pattern.
