The Product Group Manager is responsible for defining the strategic direction, guidelines and policies of the appointed product group. You will be working in Breda and become part of the Marketing team. In this role, you report to the Sr. Manager Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the sustainable future growth of the assigned product categories throughout the Lamb Weston region
- Ensure a strategic offer of products, services and activities that facilitates customer loyalty and brings new customers in
- Lead portfolio management for the assigned product group as part of internal business process
- Lead and drive strategic rejuvenations/innovations, driven by trends, market dynamics and customers and consumers insights to better serve customers, beat competitors and increase profitability, with effective and efficient launch planning, implementation and evaluation
- Set the strategic direction, the guidelines and policies for the go to market approach for the assigned product groups including context, target group(s), positioning, value proposition and key messages
- Track product performance to ensure right learnings are embedded into the system and conveniently shared
- Lead change and challenge the status quo
Requirements:
- A Bachelor/Master degree in the direction of Marketing or Sales is preferable
- +8 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG companies
- Proven experience in Product/Portfolio Management
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, is a must
