Description
Use your law enforcement or military experience to protect Ford executives in a less stressful environment. As a Specialist, Executive Protection, you will plan and conduct comprehensive security advances and execute protective operations for Ford principals worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys, route assessments, and threat evaluations for domestic and international events
- Develop security plans, contingency protocols, and advance reports; audit and refine plans for effectiveness
- Provide close protection during movements and public engagements, including secure transportation with defensive/evasive driving
- Collect and analyze threat intelligence; identify and mitigate risks to the principal
- Coordinate logistics, liaise with law enforcement and vendors, and deliver clear briefings and reports
- Remain on-call and flexible for irregular hours/travel; operate independently under pressure with sound judgment
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of executive protection experience, including close protection of high-profile principals
- Expertise in security advance planning, protective intelligence, secure transportation, and contingency planning
- Defensive/evasive driving and firearms proficiency
- Emergency medical field care capability
- Strong communication skills, tech-savvy, and solid organizational and project management skills
- Ability to solve problems and perform under high-stress, ambiguous conditions
- Self-motivated, works independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent physical condition; capable of sustained physical exertion
- Must pass a comprehensive background investigation
