Description
We're looking for a seasoned marketing and events professional to lead our Ford Customization Strategy and Ford Custom Garage (FCG) marketing efforts. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Marketing & Events team, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness, consideration, and demand for Ford Customization products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Ford Custom Garage & Marketing Strategy, ensuring brand integration across various marketing event channels
- Developing and executing marketing materials, including hero cards, sell sheets, catalogs, and order guide companions
- Maintaining accuracy of existing marketing materials, including model year changes and Bill of Material (BOM) updates
- Integrating FCG messaging into corporate platforms, including Ford.com, Build and Price, and major events
In addition, you'll manage the comprehensive Events strategy and budget, including full activation events and secondary tier events. You'll work cross-functionally with brand teams to show up effectively and efficiently at events with large Ford presence.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong organizational skills to manage complex event logistics, marketing launches, and multi-million dollar budgets. You'll also need strong written and verbal skills to prepare and present project status and results to leadership.
