Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our main facility and multiple parkout warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, fleet, warehouse, personnel, and day-to-day operations to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operations systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission
• Manage accurate inventory levels by forecasting demand and evaluating potential shortages
• Input product orders into SAP and resolve variances reported by this software
• Manage and ensure proper warehouse rotation of product to execute FIFO policy
• Conduct daily inventory of all product and check accuracy of count using SAP
• Manage fleet's maintenance schedule to minimize disruption to product deliveries
• Routinely inspect vehicles to examine cleanliness, damage, and wear and tear
• Monitor and coordinate all vehicle accidents with the maintenance service provider and insurance carrier
• Ensure compliance with all CVOR and other regulatory standards for fleet operation
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop all warehouse employees
• Actively participate as a member of the RBCD Ontario Leadership Team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems
• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency plus 3 years of related experience or a College Diploma
