As a Senior Organisational Change Management Lead, you will lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects, and provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level. You will also be responsible for strengthening and developing the Organisational Change Management (OCM) community, including market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects
- Provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level
- Strengthen and develop the Organisational Change Management (OCM) community
- Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities
- Lead, build and drive go-to-market strategies
- Design, develop and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans
- Build and manage sustainable client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor on C-level
- Identify and convert sales opportunities
- Play an advisory role to client leaders in the Manufacturing (MFG) sector
- Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
- Lead and mentor other consultants within the WX Practice
- Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and new tool development
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top tier consultancy
- Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP / proposal creation
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility and willingness to travel
