At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. As a Lead, Derivatives Strategy & Implementation, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our derivatives strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement çat derivatives strategy, including building a crypto derivatives trading desk or leading trading-related infrastructure projects from the ground up.
- Lead large-scale regulatory or infrastructure projects, requiring strong management of timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology) to deliver complex projects.
- Analyze and solve complex problems, maintaining a strategic perspective while diving deep into details.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to move projects forward.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior trading or trading-adjacent role with a deep focus on OTC derivatives.
- Experience building a crypto derivatives trading desk or leading trading-related infrastructure projects from the ground up.
- A strong, practical understanding of the entire derivatives trade lifecycle, market microstructure, and the day-to-day realities of a trading environment.
- Deep familiarity with derivatives legal frameworks (ISDA/CSA) and the regulatory landscape for derivatives trading.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively across multiple departments to deliver complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Experience in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- You have a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- You have relevant FINRA registrations (Series 7, 63, 24).
- You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system.
