Onsen Receptionist (Japanese Speaking)

The Onsen Receptionist leads the delivery of a high-quality, memorable Onsen experience aligned with Princess brand standards. The role focuses on exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and revenue maximization, while fostering a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every guest.
• Manage all Onsen bookings, appointments, and checkout procedures.
• Engage in genuine conversations, listen with empathy, and anticipate guest needs.
• Ensure the Onsen environment is maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Izumi Onsen areas.
• Monitor voyage performance and adjust to meet revenue goals.
• Manage marketing, promotional activities, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Support inventory control, audit follow-up, and financial accuracy.
• Supervise Onsen Attendants and foster a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace.
• Lead by example and instill our Corporate Culture Essentials.
• Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with onboard and shoreside teams to share insights and best practices.
• Uphold all Hotel, Environmental, and HESS-MS procedures.
• Complete HESS logs and support outbreak response requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of public health standards (USPH, WHO, etc.).
