Management Trainee

Logitech is looking for a high-potential Management Trainee to be based in our Taiwan office. This is a fast track program for graduate growth. Logitech's MT Program is a career accelerator designed for those who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

Joining Logitech's Management Trainee Program, you will have multi-department and team rotation within sales & marketing. You will also have the opportunities to work & learn from the core business operations.

The final working department will be decided after performance evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Rotating through various departments and teams within sales & marketing
• Working closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience
• Developing skills and knowledge in marketing and sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Curiosity for new things and passion to become a Marketing/Sales Expert
• Good written and oral English, skilled in Office software
• Detail oriented, down to earth, teamwork and certain organizational leadership
• Passion to Win
• Excellent learning ability, analysis skills, good at communication, negotiation and problem solving
