Microsoft AI are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager at their Barcelona office. This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, turning market data into actionable insights for a company that's revolutionising AI capabilities and making them accessible to everyone. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the AI and Search markets.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and driving new features/capabilities using Agile practices that allow partners to develop break-through end-user experiences. You will act as a liaison between business, engineering teams, and partners, drive internal and external partner relationships that are critical to success, and coordinate and orchestrate product requirements gathered from partners.

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
Technical skills:
- Experience in/knowledge of web API's.
- Experience in or knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Personal attributes:
- Excellent communication skills.
