Contracts Manager

The Twitch legal team is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and marketing activations.

This role involves:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing, and other commercial transactions.
• Counseling teams on legal and business issues, including rights and clearances.
• Coordinating with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance.
• Collaborating with legal team members to improve processes and satisfy business demands.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
• 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space;
• Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes;
• Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams;
• Sound judgment in ambiguous situations;
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company;
• Knowledge of Twitch, including esports/gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends.

The base salary ranges are:

• US, WA, Seattle: $82,700 - $133,000 USD annually;
• US, CA, San Francisco: $83,600 - $146,300 USD annually;
• US, CA, Los Angeles: $76,000 - $133,000 USD annually.
