Head of Regional IP Brand Enforcement Europe

As Head of Regional IP Brand Enforcement Europe, you play a crucial role in safeguarding and strengthening the Red Bull brand by overseeing brand enforcement activities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand enforcement strategies across Europe, ensuring consistent execution in all European markets
• Identify risks, set priorities, and drive measures to protect the integrity, exclusivity, and value of the Red Bull brand
• Manage complex legal issues related to intellectual property, including brand disputes, counterfeiting, and unfair competition
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of brand enforcement attorneys and paralegals
• Collaborate with external law firms across Europe to ensure excellent legal advice and effective implementation
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on key cases, enforcement trends, and regional developments
• Manage the European enforcement budget and ensure effective resource allocation and cost control

Requirements:

• Completed law degree and admission as a lawyer
• At least 8 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on brand enforcement
• Leadership experience with responsibility for managing and developing teams
• Proven experience in brand enforcement, litigation, and intellectual property protection
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English and German
