Cleaning Operative

As a Cleaning Operative with ABM UK, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various client sites to the highest standard. Threads of health and safety, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a wider team are key.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, kitchens, and communal areas, ensuring restocking of consumables.
• Disposing of waste in accordance with recycling and health and safety guidelines.
• Operating cleaning equipment responsibly and maintaining them in good working order.
• Reporting any issues or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety policies and procedures.

You will be required to work flexibly across different shifts and have a good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
