Description
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our new product bet, which aims to provide organisations with a way to assess whether their employees have genuinely learned something from training modules. The ideal candidate will have experience owning a critical product domain, connecting product outcomes to commercial results, and navigating the ambiguity of 0-to-1 product development in a complex, experience-driven space.
Key responsibilities will include setting the direction for the product, defining success metrics, getting close to customers, driving a shared understanding of the product's strategy, and producing written narratives that move decisions forward.
The successful candidate will be a strong written communicator, able to articulate the strategy and reasoning behind the product's direction. They will also be comfortable operating with autonomy and have a track record of connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes.
Requirements include 7+ years of experience in product management, a track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results, experience with 0-to-1 product development in a complex space, familiarity with agentic or AI-powered products, and strong written communication skills.
In return, we offer a generous salary and equity, 25 days of annual leave, regular team offsites, work from home budget, work from anywhere policy, and enhanced parental leave.
