Head of Rolling Stock Systems

As Head of Rolling Stock Systems, you will oversee the management and improvement of depot systems and onboard tools, ensuring seamless integration and utilisation of data across depot systems. This role is responsible for developing and managing a clear product roadmap aligned with organisational priorities and staff needs.

Responsibilities ----------------

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Depot and Onboard systems
• Develop and manage a clear product roadmap aligned with organisational priorities and staff needs
• Support and manage a team of 5 (including contractors), which may increase in the future as more projects come in
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure system integration, performance, and alignment
• Drive transformation by identifying process and technology improvements and leading effective change management
• Oversee the integration, quality, and accessibility of data across all depot systems, enabling data-driven decision making
• Monitor key performance metrics and use insights to optimise system effectiveness and operational outcomes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements clearly

Requirements ------------

• Master's degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in product ownership or product management, ideally within rolling stock, transportation, or industrial systems
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong strategic thinking, product management expertise, and change leadership skills
• Solid knowledge of data integration and analysis, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English and French is essential for this role
